Artist's Description
I found here what I think may be a less common perspective of Haystack Rock, seen between sea stack features near Ecola Point at low tide. Haystack Rock is an unusually large and picturesque sea stack near Cannon Beach, Oregon, where I enjoyed visit in the spring of 2017.

About Tim Newton
I am a lifelong Alaskan (except for a few years "outside") perpetually enthralled with Alaska's unique natural beauty. I carry a camera, lenses, and tripod about on frequent treks throughout the Alaska wilderness, often in the Chugach Mountains near my home. I am mostly drawn to conventional landscape photography - subject, light, composition, and color. Occasionally I'll get the opportune shot of wildlife as I trek about, and sometimes - but infrequently - I travel outside Alaska, where of course my camera accompanies me. :-) I am always updating images here from recent treks, and look forward to seeing you here again soon! Best wishes! Tim Newton
